In terms of benefit: • I now have excellent bladder capacity • At each urination I empty my bladder completely • My bladder control is back to that of twenty years ago, especially with regard to “When & Where!” • Sexual urge and capability is maintained although as expected, ejaculation is retro (backwards into the bladder) which is not inconvenient and a small price to pay for the day to day advantages of having undergone HoLep.
