I started counselling in Oct 2017 and I was at a very low point in life, suffering from severe anxiety. The experience I have received from Cognacity has been fantastic, I can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
