The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The staff is friendly and professional, and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The communication with the patient is excellent. And Dr. Sobhani is not just an excellent dentist but takes care to explain things to you and to try to ensure your comfort. Highly recommend.

My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. She has a remarkable way with children, and her warm, friendly demeanor made Sebastian feel comfortable and happy throughout the visit. By the end of the appointment, Sebastian was all smiles and even looking forward to his next visit! At the end of our visit, Sara was incredibly helpful and organized.
