The care I have received has been Exceptional. As a nervous patient, I feel that they really go out of their way to try and make me feel at ease.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Exceptional experience. I have feared dentists all my life after a very unpleasant experience as a child, but Dr Feran couldn’t have been any more reassuring, patient and thorough.
