I had seen Mr Minas for a gynaecology consult. From the start he had shown me his professionalism as well as a lot of empathy. I first met Dr Lillian Ugwumadu in October 2019, She has been such a support for me in dealing with Endometriosis over this time. Her professionalism and understanding is very reassuring and has given me 100% trust in her throughout my whole experience. she is very friendly and I always feel very comfortable being able to discuss personal medical issue's with her in a very open manner. Lillian's expertise in making a plan of action when we discuss issue's has been superb. Executes delivery in everything Lillian says she will do for me, whether it be booking scans, following up with results in timely manner or answering questions when I have felt unsure of things, the service in which I have received from her is efficient, polite and professional.

I found the professor someone I could easily talk too from the first time I met him in the corridor. He was friendly and approachable whether in his office or one the phone. If there was anyone that I would have confidence in on the procedure I was having it would be him.

Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

Mr Erritty has always taken the time to explain things fully to me and never rushed me when I came with lots of questions. He spent the time drawing images to help with my understanding and has always a great bedside manner

The consultation was outstanding; Dr. Annette Reid is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Reid to anyone seeking top-notch gynecological care.
