Dr. Jose listened carefully and carried out a range of assessments that had not been done before despite asthma symptoms worsening considerably over the years. Professor Johnson listened to the information and detail I thought relevant to share with her. She was patient and listened actively. I felt that my concerns were heard and that I was in safe hands. She explained things in a way that was simple for me, as a non-medical person, to understand.
