Dr. Gentle Wong was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and the treatment options available. He took the time to answer all my questions which made me feel more confident about my recovery. His friendly demeanour and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

I had a tympanoplasty on my left ear and Mr Manjaly's expertise, knowledge and care has been evident throughout. From the initial appointment the treatment options were made clear and the risks and benefits of each option. He explained everything clearly and I understood what the surgery would entail should I opt to go ahead with treatment. On the day of the surgery he checked how I was before and after the procedure. I felt I was in the best care possible and have had a successful result following the surgery. My hearing has improved and I have had no re-occurrence of infections and issues prior to the surgery.

I consulted with Mr Veer about some long running issues I had. He was very through in examining me; explaining my problems and how to resolve them

I was previously told by another doctor my symptoms were due to sinusitis, but Dr Toh was able to explain what the real issue was.
