Mr Ho was extremely thorough with the information he provided during my consultation and took time to explain in detail the condition of my eyes and the process and procedure I was going to have to rectify the problems. During the operation, he was again extremely informative and reassuring, explaining step by step what was happening and how it would effect me and make me feel. Mr Ho makes you feel both comfortable and reassured and overall, I found Mr Ho extremely professional and caring in the consultations and treatment I received.
