From the moment I met Mr Rajaganeshan I felt totally at ease. He explained in detail exactly what he would how Long I would be in hospital and answered clearly all the questions I put to him.

My operation was for the repair of epigastric and umbilical hernias. In the preliminary consultation Mr Parameswaran gave a a clear description of the procedure, and the associated benefits and potential risks. I had a number of questions which he answered in full. On the day of the operation before going into theatre he gave a further explanation of the surgical procedure and introduced me to the anaesthetist, and afterwards when I was in recovery he came in to confirm that the procedure had gone smoothly. It was reassuring to have this information. After discharge from hospital I had a few concerns about some aspects of my recovery and he arranged for my post-operation consultation to be brought forward so he could address them and reassure me that it was progressing normally. Overall very professional, responsive and reassuring.
