Very comforting and friendly

Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

Mr Preston was very professional, extremely reassuring and welcoming . He took plenty of time using to listen, consider my concerns and offer various options for me.

I highly recommend Prof Mughal as I found him extremely considerate, well mannered, kind and super professional. He operated on me for 11 hours - a complete oesophagectomy and a month later I was able to eat and sleep almost as normal. I could not ask for more. Double inguinal hernia repair performed well. Very good experience overall

Rather light approach to my post-op experience. I am seriously concerned as to my post-op progress, yet I felt dismissed. Despite expressing my issues, I had literally 5 minutes consultation while being told that I'm doing great. Constant vomiting and inability to eat\hold the food down 2 months after the surgery does not reflect "doing great" in my opinion. I'm considering seeking a second opinion.

On 19th of March 2024 Professor Vassilis Hadjianastassiou performed a procedure on the veins in my left leg. The results have been amazing! I no longer get any pain and I have started to go on long walks which I love. My leg looks so much better aesthetically which makes such difference to me. He was very approachable and explained everything very clearly beforehand including careful after care instructions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
