Jyoti has been so kind and approachable throughout our experience so far. No question has felt silly to ask. At the beginning of treatment my bloods were not as was hoped but Jyoti was able to reassure us and adapted our medication and we had our most successful egg collection yet (we’ve had 2 on the NHS). I am so grateful that Jyoti is looking after us!

My experience of egg freezing at the Lister was really positive from start to finish. I am really grateful to Mr Nicopoullos who was is extremely knowledgeable and skilful at explaining things clearly. Even though I always had many questions, I never felt rushed and he always took the time to listen and to make me feel at ease. Had a telephone consultation with professor Nardo, as always very perfessional, he listened and explained everything I needed to know and made me feel so much better and positive.
