Mr Bultitude was excellent. He clearly has specialist expertise and is highly regarded but has an excellent bedside manner which puts you at ease. He explains matters in words you can understand and has a very friend and polite demeanour.

Very professional but applies some light humour to make patient feel more comfortable. Explains everything thoroughly with drawings to help. As a visual learner this was very helpful and allowed me to know my problem in good detail.

Mr Wiseman was calm, clear and experienced - and very caring - I could not be happier with the service I received - I was fast tracked to have a CT scan and he rang me within hours with a positive result. I am also delighted that he wants a review and follow up so he can advise me on how best to avoid getting further kidney stones in the future. I cannot rate Mr Wiseman and his team more highly.

I had a HoLEP operation performed by Mr Nair on the 8 May. From diagnostic tests through to the procedure itself, he has been extremely pleasant and professional.
