Clear and helpful in the first consultation. Not pushy about the treatment options available despite my concerns. Calming and reassuring on the day of surgery which was successul and addressed an issue I had been living with and on an NHS waiting list for 6-months.

Mr Hammadeh is a very friendly and knowledgeable in the area of concern. His bedside manner is a tribute to him as he explains everything to the required degree.

Right from the start Mr Awsare was reassuring, friendly and importantly for me, he gave off confidence that the procedure would be carried out smoothly and efficiently. It was clear from the information and questions I asked that he was experienced, and this helped settle my nerves about the way forward. He conducted the surgery with consideration for my nervousness, and had a really good and pleasant demeanour throughout. Whilst under the local anaesthetic we were able to chat and talk about what was going on. The outcome was a success, and overall I'm really pleased that all my involvement with him went well.
