I have been seeing doctor Shushma for few years before deciding to go ahead with the operation of hysterectomy which was nessassary because of my stage 4 prolapse womb . Her profesionalsm ,her very friendly manners ,and approachability convince me finally to take this big step . I have never felt under any pressure to make this decision . Dr Andrich is in every way a superb surgeon clinician and diagnostician. But above all she involves her patient fully with detailed explanations (including to the patient's spouse) of her diagnosis, her surgical plan and her follow up plan. That attention to every detail has been fantastic and goes well beyond what a surgeon needs to do (especially one with such a busy schedule). To me she has been truly excellent in every way possible.
