Great hospital, fab service

Couldn't have asked for better care and attention from Mr Rathod and all the hospital staff.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.

Nurse bedside manner can overall improve. I felt like a burden and a nuisance at times. Given a room by the kitchen and so for the duration I felt like I was in a market.

Overall we had a very good experience some things I would expect to be better. My appointment was changed without any communication fortunately the consultant still saw me but I wouldn’t expect this to happen. I was grateful Mr jonas still saw me despite this. After surgery my daughter waiting over 90 minutes for her food when she had been fasting for over 8 this should have arrived faster.
