I had my surgery within 3 weeks of my initial diagnosis. My pre assessment was quickly arranged and I had a courtesy call the day before surgery.

From arrival to departure all staff very warm and friendly , seem genuinely concerned with the welfare of all visitors.

The overall experience was fantastic. I spent a long time making my decision, and now on the other side I am overjoyed with my result, and thankful to REAL for making that a reality

It was as expected, but I didn't find the reception desk staff friendly which was slightly off putting.

I did not use the hospital as such but the rooms where I saw Dr George were clean and welcoming.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.
