It is a pleasure coming to see Miss Richardson, she will listen to what you have to say, explain what she is doing and why and when she has finished all her tests she will tell you if anything is wrong and if there is, what needs to be done to fix it. Mr Ayoub explained the whole process and subsequent outcome very thoroughly and answered any questions and concerns in detail. The surgery was on both eyes and the treatment was painless and took little time. All in all I felt I was in good hands all through the consultations and surgery and am very happy with the outcome.
