Staff have been friendly, charming, respectful and caring during all my treatments and check ups

Had a 2pm appointment but had to wait an hour and was not seen until 3pm - really frustrated

Very easy to obtain an appointment with good follow-ups/check-ins. It was helpful to get a proactive call to arrange a diagnostics test once the request had been submitted.

In particular, the receptionists were cheery and welcoming. Theyvhalped make the appointment non-scary and set me at ease - so thanks to them!! 😊
