Mr Hextall is very calm and knowledgable, he feels like a safe pair of hands. His explanation of the problem and the process of treatment was clear. He was attentive and available - he even took a call on a Sunday afternoon whilst away on holiday, which resulted in the swift treatment and resolution of a slight complication.

Mr Saleemi explained very clearly the operation that was to take place, being the HoLEP procedure and what to expect post operation. I could tell that he was a very experienced surgeon who had performed the procedure over many years and was happy that he was to carry out the procedure.
