Mr Cahill managed to dampen my fear and apprehension about the surgery and assured me that he will do his utmost during the procedure to protect the nerves and lessen the post operation side effects on passing ruin and the sexual life. He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon for a nephrectomy. I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes. I found him to be friendly and professional, and he calmly explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Alnajjar.
