Very friendly, explained the process of Prostatectomy in a professional manner. Mr Cahill managed to dampen my fear and apprehension about the surgery and assured me that he will do his utmost during the procedure to protect the nerves and lessen the post operation side effects on passing ruin and the sexual life. Day before the operation, Mr Cahill phoned and reassured me that I will be taken care of.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Pras, from the initial diagnostic to considering treatment options and the the procedure itself. I am extremely happy with the results and the level of service and professionalism from both Dr. Pras and all the staff at the hospital.

I was diagnosed with a small bilateral varicocele two years ago, and when the pain got worse earlier this year, I went to see Mr Alnajjar for a second opinion. Because it was bilateral, he referred me to a top radiologist for an abdominal ultrasound which identified a large abnormal growth on my kidney (and it turns out the varicocele is right-sided). He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon for a nephrectomy. I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes. I found him to be friendly and professional, and he calmly explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Alnajjar.

I was impressed by his calm profesional manner. He provided clear explanations of medical issues and procedures in a way that was accessible to a layman. He took time to understand my concerns as a patient and to answer all my questions. He made the test data available to me so I had the opportunity to keep my own patient records. His personal assistant responded promptly to all my emails and managed the adminstrative matters competently and effectively. He has that rare skill of making you feel like you are his only patient, while you have the comfort of knowing that you are not!

Mr Nkwam was very professional, covered all the information quickly but in sufficient depth that I had only a few questions and was friendly during the consultation.

I have never met a doctor with so much medical knowledge & patient’s empathy in my life + together with Dr. Chan (with experience in open prostectomy surgery in Australia) they reassured me of the robotic prostectomy’s success, despite my previous surgery from a raptured appendix with possible complications from abdominal adhesions, that they’d make sure I was properly treated & my deepest thanks goes to both of them great caring doctors who chose to care for me as a human being & my concerns when they could have easily ignored me because I’m Black. He listened to me, he educated me & then he guided me to the best informed medical decision I have ever made, when I was medically so vulnerable & so afraid, since my father also died from the same condition. The whole medical team was first class, from pre-theatre admission to pre-discharge nursing. He literally took my hand, with so much love & so much compassion, and then he guided me over the finish line, when I was so desperate & at the lowest point in my life, having been a very professional architect for over 30 years who was always in charge & in full control of some of the the richest & most powerful people in the world BUT for once I felt overwhelmed & completely confused as a very accomplished Black Man in a predominately white UK. I believe he’d have done the same for anyone regardless of their social class or race because he cares about his patients regardless of their race or social status. Mr Khoubehi was able to see me within 24 hours of request and then I had surgery within a week. I have very little scar and recovery was very quick. I needed a referral to a specialist and Mr Khoubehi was able to connect me with the best Dr in London for my problem. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. I have seen him once since and he was very caring and interested in my case.
