It didnt even feel like a hospital! All staff were very friendly, attentive and made the experience as positive as possible.

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

In particular, the receptionists were cheery and welcoming. Theyvhalped make the appointment non-scary and set me at ease - so thanks to them!! 😊

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

Easy check-in, on time appointment, Dr. Reina Wujanto was friendly, professional and transparent -fantastic experience overall.

The doctor was very friendly and kind, and she helped me through a physically difficult test by talking to me and explaining everything.

Good location in London.
