Mr Hassan is exceptional. From the moment I met him, he has listened to me thoroughly and has always been incredibly detailed with the information given to me. Because of this, I was completely calm and confident going into surgery as I had full trust in Mr Hassan. His after care was also brilliant, coming to see and reassure me that everything went well with my Hysterectomy in both recovery and the following day on the ward. I had no unanswered questions and feel very positive about my recovery journey.

Miss Taylor was incredibly patient and kind. She listened with understanding and empathy and I didn’t feel rushed or a burden. Throughout the process of my coil removal and replacement she explained what was happening and gave me continual reassurance which was sensitive and thoughtful. The nurses were lovely and took their time with me afterwards. I cannot thank the team enough.
