Highly competent and dedicated staff whom make you feel safe to discuss anything openly. Their expertise is a fantastic attribute to the team. I felt understood and able to explain everything without feeling rushed and dismissed⁰

I would highly recommend Dr Pruneddu and Dottore London overall. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, I didn't have to wait on the day and Dr Pruneddu answered all my questions clearlt and efficiently.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. I did have to wait a bit beyond my appointment time on all occasions but I think the consultants do get behind.

The hospital is always clean and child friendly. Staff are always polite and helpful. Great hospital overall.
