Efficient and professional staff with very clean facility. Great experience

The whole experience at PGH was excellent. All the staff from the gentleman on reception at the front door on the morning of arrival, the nursing staff, the catering staff were all efficient, friendly and reassuring. I also need to say the food was excellent.

Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

The reception staff are always charming and helpful. And every nurse has been extremely professional - and kind.
