I had my TRLOP procedure today on both legs with Dr. Omar Abu-Bakr following a consultation last month - every staff member involved provided exemplary care and attention from arrival to departure. I greatly appreciated their help to decrease discomfort during the procedure by keeping me talking and laughing. They really work wonderfully together as a team in theatre. I felt fully supported, listened to and guided at every stage, and now knowing that the hardest part of treatment is over, I am truly looking forward to my future treatments to address the cosmetic concerns. Thank you Dr. Omar, Jenna, Monique, Serah, Caterina and Ellie, it was a pleasure to be in your care today. Please also thank the HCA in training too.

Both the Cleveland Clinic in Portland Place and Grosvenor Place were brilliant! Again, all the staff were polite and caring and both clinics were spotlessly clean which gives you comfort. One thing that really sticks in my mind is after my procedure 16 days ago, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for a taxi and 2 members of staff came up to me and asked if I needed any assistance, which again, just makes you feel comfortable that you are in a caring environment, even away from the team that undertook the procedure.

Brilliant experience! So glad I did it as I was worrying whilst waiting for a NHS scan. Prompt, efficient, and friendly. Answered my questions and gave some much needed reassurance.

The entire process was very well handled by both Dr Sami and the Mayo clinic. Very professional and caring for patient needs.

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.
