I was diagnosed with a small bilateral varicocele two years ago, and when the pain got worse earlier this year, I went to see Mr Alnajjar for a second opinion. Because it was bilateral, he referred me to a top radiologist for an abdominal ultrasound which identified a large abnormal growth on my kidney (and it turns out the varicocele is right-sided). He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon for a nephrectomy. I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes. I found him to be friendly and professional, and he calmly explained everything to me in a reassuring manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Alnajjar.

Thank you Dr Persad. After several serious water infections I was put onto a catheter with an anticipated 18 week waiting list. I was very concerned about the long term effect this would have on regaining normal bladder functions . As a result I decided to pay privately and was referred to Dr Persad. A Rezum operation was discussed, but after Mr Persad did a more detailed examination he suggested a Bladder Neck Incision operation. This has completely transformed my future prospects.
