When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. Mr Molloy visited me almost daily even after operating on other patients & finishing late in the evening. My only slight niggle is that I feel Mr Molloy gave me to understand I would be faster in recovery/getting rid of crutches.

Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

He has a good bedside manner and was very understanding of my phobia which made discussing my procedure difficult for him.
