The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Really listened, resolved my issue and put my mind at rest. Excellent bedside manner, highly recommended.

He explained what might be going on to me so I could understand and arranged an MRI which I had the following day due to a cancellation.

From the very first consultation Mr Kazzaz put me at ease and explained everything. The day of my admission and surgery went smoothly with Mr Kazzaz once again explaining everything.

My experience meeting Mr Lui now on many occasions has always been excellent. His bedside manner is the best Ive experienced, he genuinely cares for his patients and his expertise is vast.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.
