From the moment I arrived I was made very welcome with refreshments offered immediately. Richard and his team were totally professional, friendly and very welcoming. Richard explained fully the process from start to finish and everything went smoothly and without pain over both my visits. Spire Hospital was amazing! The cleanest hospital ever! Every single member of staff I came across and spoke to was so helpful and genuinely showed care for me. I felt very comfortable there. The room I stayed in was lovely, it had a TV and en suite. Very pleased with my stay!

Very good today and good receptionist . There have been a couple of times when the young receptionist on the 15th Floor hadn’t entered my appointment time in and I’d made two journeys for nothing as when I got there they hadn’t been written down but luckily the last time it was the regular young lady and she’s on the ball so it was all fine .
