Mr Gibbins very kindly saw me at extremely short notice. We did not have long, but he was kind, thoughtful, responsive, reassuring. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed.
