Dr Simon Butler-Manuel was very personable and empathetic towards my condition. He was humble and clear, and ensured I fully understand the scope of my procedure. He made minimal incisions, avoided the need for stitches or staples which was preferred as to avoid scarring, and the next day following my operation he came by to give me a full breakdown of how my procedure went and what I can expect moving forward.

From the initial appointment, and examination to the operation and final evaluation, Mr Lippiatt has been both professional and understanding, whilst providing me with the confidence I needed to finally getting things done.

I really appreciate Mr Papadopoulos reading my notes before our appointment, explaining the options available, talking me through the procedure, and answering my questions with patience. I was very happy with my treatment from Mr Masood. He took time to explain all procedures, sometimes with diagrams. I never felt rushed and felt I could any questions. He was also very considerate in aftercare.
