All personnel were very friendly and helpful, but on the day of my procedure it all seemed somewhat rushed.

Nice and clean place. The staff’s behaviour was good and good experience with doctor as well.

Dr Patel went above and beyond for my grandmothers appointment yesterday. He was thorough and extremely detailed in the way he explained things to her in a way that she could understand. Nothing was too much to ask and he took his time to explain her diagnosis and the plan going forward. I am beyond grateful to him for shedding light on what has been a very dark time. We have had reassurance and now my grandmother is on the path to better physical and mental wellbeing.

A pleasant hospital to visit, clean and well resourced with efficient and helpful staff throughout.

Overall I had an amazing experience with my consultant, nurses and what a pleasant environment at Chelsfield Hospital!!
