Kims is a nice hospital with extremely friendly staff, and the complimentary tea facilities are very much appreciated. The only niggle I have with my experience is more to do with logistics/organisation at KIMS hospital, and this isn't really to do with the consultant as such, but it wasn't already arranged for me to have blood taken whilst I was at my appointment, and I would assume taking bloods is a fairly standard thing to have done at an initial visit to get a baseline. This means that I now have to come back to the hospital again (without seeing the consultant), and because this hospital is 40 minutes away from my house it is very inconvenient. I would've expected to have these things done as part of my 1st visit, and feel it would streamline things if taking bloods, etc, was allowed for at the 1st visit.

Reception staff were efficient and the waiting room comfortable. There was a high standard of cleanliness.

I recently visited Chelsfield Park Hospital and stayed overnight for surgery, the service I received from the surgeon, nurses, catering and reception staff was brilliant, they all cared for me so well and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them!
