I recently had the pleasure of using Harley Row Clinic’s online services, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. One aspect that stood out to me was the convenient payment structure. Splitting the cost into two payments for each assessment made it much more manageable for me financially. From the start, the person handling emails was incredibly polite and helpful. They provided comprehensive information without overwhelming me and always responded in a timely manner. This level of service was consistent and reassuring throughout my experience. After my session, I had a clear understanding of my ADHD diagnosis, what to do next, and a rough timeline. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.
