Process in the London General Practice was satisfactory. No significant delays, and staff always willing to help. I don't have any complaint. It's an organized process to complete a health screening in a couple of hours while staying in a single place.

Dr Chris was excellent, easy to talk to, he listened intently and made a very good diagnosis which assisted resolve my issues quickly. His follow up written responses were excellent and easy to read as a layman. Thank you Chris, much appreciated. Bob M.

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

I had piercings in both ears, which Mr Roper did with efficiency so whilst slightly painful it was over so quickly that the pain was barely registered. I felt relief from the acupuncture trial within 15 mins or so, and would highly recommend Mr Roper.
