Follow up report not supplied. Not what was expected. Unable to inform local GP of outcome. Not good value for private practice. Would expect much better. Have been patient at this clinic for over 20 years and am disappointed at this situation which has arisen under new consultant!!!

Process in the London General Practice was satisfactory. No significant delays, and staff always willing to help. I don't have any complaint. It's an organized process to complete a health screening in a couple of hours while staying in a single place.

It was good but as time went on became very busy

Chris explained everything really well and made me feel like I now understand the medication and what I need to be doing to gain maximum results . Excellent service and definitely recommend when taking such a new medication

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Most of the time i have quick and friendly contact.
