Have never seen anything like the service provided by Dr Lavan! Real care, feeling of being looked after and the ability to organise and manage my difficult situation. He saw me, organised bloods and an abdominal xray (same day at home!). Results of both tests were back in 4hrs and i was seeing a gastro surgeon (Dr Navaratnam - who was also excellent) that afternoon (arranged by Dr Lavan). Had a CT that evening and surgery the day after! Unbelievable concierge type service with brilliant attention to detail. Wow! Thankyou. Mr Gordon

Had a gastric bypass with Aruna M in June, and I’m extremely happy with the care I received, before op through to Today, it has been nothing short of excellent. I was referred for a second opinion with Aruna, after a difficult consultation with another surgeon, and I can’t say how glad I am now that I chose him! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field, and also very good at putting his patients at ease with his understanding and compassionate manner. An absolutely amazing surgeon who I have since recommended to a number of people. I had total faith in his skills and knew that I would be in safe hands and receive the best possible care. The aftercare has been outstanding - there were times when I would send an email on a Saturday evening not expecting a reply until the Monday and had an immediate response. He is very accessible and thorough too. One of the best surgeons I have encountered.
