Rather light approach to my post-op experience. I am seriously concerned as to my post-op progress, yet I felt dismissed. Despite expressing my issues, I had literally 5 minutes consultation while being told that I'm doing great. Constant vomiting and inability to eat\hold the food down 2 months after the surgery does not reflect "doing great" in my opinion. I'm considering seeking a second opinion.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Charlotte was very kind and helpful in advising me about how to change my diet to include healthier options. I have been able to make good progress and Charlotte has been very supportive.

I’ve done dieting in the past, put myself through what I believed was calorie deficit and lost weight almost immediately, it was great but over the years it piled back on. Although the weight on the scale made me happy, I still wasn’t happy with how I looked, my strength or stamina. Over the last two years without realising, I was at my heaviest and wanted to make a lifestyle change. Danny eased me into training and highlighted the importance of consistency and gradually building strength. We didn’t cut out any food groups from my diet and even had Christmas / other social events to enjoy food in between yet still see results.
