Unbelievable food plan with delicious food ! My results are incredible, I lost so many centimeters in less then two months. I am in such a great shape! Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
