I have been Camilla's pacient for almost 3 years. She is a fantastic professional, very attentive and knowledgeable. She focus on the patients as a whole and not just on the weight loss. She has been great in customising a diet plan that fits my needs and my routine. Camilla provides an ongoing support and positive reinforcement which has been incredibly motivating, making the journey a lot more pleasant. I loved the meal plans and the recipes she provided throughout. She is constantly in touch, by frequently doing follow-ups and check-ins in between appointments to ensure I was on track as well as to address any questions or concerns. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I have seen notable improvements in my health and well-being. Speaking with Tai was great. She is calmly spoken but very knowledgeable and breaks things down in a very easy to understand manner.

Dr O’Connell is a class act. Calm, supportive, empathetic and super-professional. When your brain is scrambled, she explains things in a user-friendly manner that gives you clear guidance on what you need to do. Her response times are also excellent which is so important. Highly recommend.
