He was very thorough with all the checks. He came across very knowledgable and expert in his field. He took time to explain us complex details in simple language. We were not rushed and he asked us multiple times if we had any further questions. His knowledge is vast. He even spoke briefly about Euro 2024 and football to my son to put him on ease. He seems very good with kids. Recommend him wholeheartedly!
