Fantastic eexperience, I was warmly greeted and presented with my scan results. The information around the scan and everything I needed to know was explained in a way that was easy to understand and my options going forward were well presented.

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

I can only describe Mr Talawadekar as a wonderful surgeon & genteman, his care & manner are exemplary from clinic appointments to the surgery itself I felt informed & at ease. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Mr Woodruff made me feel comfortable and relaxed, I have anxiety and he was very calm, very gentle, didn't make me feel anxious about anything. He explained everything in a very easy to understand manner. Every appointment was the same, absolutely nothing to feel nervous about. On the operation day, he explained everything again to be was sure I understood what was going to happen. After my op Mr Woodruff came to my room to see how I was and to ask if I had any questions, explained how I would feel and what pain management to use. Post-op appointments were great, I was never kept waiting and was treated with the upmost courtesy and respect. I would highly recommend Mr Woodruff, he is a great surgeon and a perfect gentleman.
