All the members of staff I have encountered have been very helpful, polite and understanding. Any questions answered and made to feel at ease.

From booking the initial appointment to being seen by the consultant, it was all very easy and quick. The clinic itself is very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking space so that's a big plus.

A breath of fresh air having to wait next to no time to see a doctor. I was listened to, not rushed out the door, and came away with a treatment plan I am happy with.

I have attended Mums on a few occasions. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Midwife Was really helpful and kind.

Staff welcoming, dr lovely explained everything

The paediatrician we saw for my daughter was kind, compassionate and very approachable. He took care in getting to know us as a family and in particular he made my daughter feel welcome and empowered. I would recommend to other parents looking for an assessment.

I'm so glad we chose MUMS. At first we were put off being 35 mile away. But in the end we chose to go with them, we are very happy with the overall experience.
