My overall experience with Dr Patel was great and would definitely see him again. He made sure I felt listened to and explored multiple options of what my problem could be. He also made me feel as though I was valued as a patient which a lot of public health care facilities lack.

I suffered an abdominal condition for over a year that resulted in the cancelation of numerous engagements and activities. By definition the condition was life changing. Following several visits to my GP, two ultrasound scans, and various blood and stool tests the condition remained undiagnosed and unaltered. Finally, I consulted Doctor Shaw. I fou
nd him to be approachable and understanding. He recommended an immediate treatment plan and a progressive follow up procedure should it prove necessary. That necessity did not arise, within two weeks my condition had gone. I have now enjoyed nearly three months of trouble free health. Doctor Shaw's experience and his diagnosis were instrumental in that result.
