I found the facility to be very welcoming, reception area light and airy. The staff with whom I engaged with were very helpful, informative and pleasant. I was regularly asked if I was ok and if I needed anything, from nurses, theatre assistants, kitchen staff etc.

Friendly and professional staff… appointment was taken punctually, procedure well explained, and put at ease.
