Colonoscopy

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt.  Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does.  100% recommend.

Endocrinology

Dr George was lovely on the video call. There was no feeling of being rushed which I have experienced on other calls. He explained everything clearly and told me exactly what would happen and when to expect tests etc.
It was the best experience I have ever had on a video consultation. 
I would rate Dr George a 10/10
