Breast Cancer

I went to Genesis for my radiotherapy for breast cancer and was looked after so well from the reception satff to the radiotherapy team. 
I was offered wellbeing support and exercise therapy too and had the worry of the journey taken away by being offered a driver.
Such total care making something that could be potentially be harrowing into a very pleasant experience.

He has and continues to be a pillar of strength, for me, my wife and my extended family…

His intellectual capability is remarkable, only outdone by his emotional intelligence… I was driven to live…and he was driven to make that happen…in a country that has more then 3 million people living with cancer… I felt like I was the only one. A level of personalised care that I never thought possible. 

It’s funny writing this, I realise that I don’t know enough about him… other then he is in my mind… someone that thru his education, his capability and personality… enabled me to enjoy life for longer then the stats said I should!
