I felt so cared for as soon as I arrived. Everything was explained to me before my surgery and I was reassured right up to I was put to sleep. When I came round after surgery I could not have felt more cared for , everyone was amazing and I was continually checked on through the night. Food was amazing too, all of the staff were polite , respectful and kind.

I had an appointment booked for some Bloods at midday. I was maybe one or two minutes late but was still waiting at 12.20pm at which point i approached the desk to find that they were struggling to check my authorisation number despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator earlier, and despite sitting in the waiting room (so they could have asked me). When I finally went to see the nurse for the tests she didn’t a copy of the request form despite me having emailed it to the booking administrator the previous day. So a further delay whilst she went to ‘get the right tubes’. Please sort out the co-ordination between your departments

Dr. Prem is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me through my journey of making small but natural tweaks that have made me not only look better but feel better and more confident. I've had botox and filler (tear troughs and lip) and I couldn't be happier with the natural results. I will never go anywhere else!
