staff was great and friendly. the only thing would be is there could be another appointment in the after surgery, regarding headspace, i am now 15 months out and struggle with the head hunger, otherwise loved the process, highly recommend complete weight loss solutions

I had a great experience with this doctor and practice. He was willing to talk like a normal person not in huge medical terms over the top of you. He was also happy to discuss my daughter’s problems and I have now booked her in as a new patient for him.

My medical care has been excellent but the continuance of care is extremely difficult. It is difficult to get an appointment, follow up appointment unless it’s an emergency. I am grateful that unknown precancerous things were removed from my bowel but the original problem of constant stomach pain, diarrhoea etc is only now being addressed and it’s been 1 year . I waited 2 months for initial appointment, 1 month for colonoscopy, 2 months for op , was told to wait 1 month to get results but rang and waited 2 weeks , Waited another six weeks for appointment to address original issue . All the while with low grade pain and diarrhoea every day unable to participate in regular life. I have complete faith in the medical care but expect that your diagnosis and treatment will take years.
